Need help with GameRoch? We're a small team, but we read every message. This page covers the website and the app on both iOS and Android; where the platforms differ, it says so.
Fastest route for anything urgent: email [email protected]. We usually reply within 2–3 business days.
Email [email protected] for any question, bug report or piece of feedback. Telling us your platform (web, iOS or Android) and your display name helps us find the problem faster.

Not on the website — you can play at gameroch.com without signing in. Scores played on the website are not saved and do not count towards leagues.
The app needs an account so your scores, league position and Diamonds follow you between games and devices. You can sign in with Google, with email, or — on iOS — with Apple.
iOS Sign in with Apple is available on iOS only. It does not appear on Android, which is expected, not a bug.
Go to Profile and tap your name. Names are screened automatically, so some will be rejected; pick another and try again. Your display name is what other players see on league standings.
Check that you're online, then close the app completely and reopen it. If it still fails, email us and say which sign-in method you used and what the screen showed.
Three ways, all of which delete the same thing:
| Method | How | Speed |
|---|---|---|
| In the app | Profile → Delete Account | Immediate |
| On the web | Account Deletion page | Within 30 days |
| By email | Subject line "Delete My Account" | Within 30 days |
This removes your account, display name, scores, league membership and Diamonds balance. It cannot be undone, and Diamonds are not recoverable afterwards. Deleting your GameRoch account does not affect your Google or Apple account.
Every player is placed in a league of 50. Each season runs 7 days. At the end of a season the top players are promoted to a higher division and the bottom players are relegated, based on your Unified Score for that season. Divisions run Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Master, Legend.
Two different numbers, easy to mix up:
Each game has its own scoring configuration, so a score in one game is converted onto a common scale before it counts towards your Unified Score. That way a fast game and a slow one can compete fairly in the same league.
Scores are saved when a game finishes. If you close a game part-way through, that round doesn't count. If a finished game's score is missing, check your connection and reopen the League screen; if it's still missing, email us.
Diamonds are an in-app currency earned by playing games and by watching optional rewarded videos. They are spent in the Store on cosmetic profile frames.
Diamonds cannot be bought with real money, have no real-money value, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged. GameRoch has no in-app purchases. Cosmetic items are visual only and give no gameplay advantage.
The app is free and supported by ads. Interstitial ads appear occasionally between screens. Rewarded videos are always optional — you choose to watch one in exchange for Diamonds or a temporary ad-free period.
There are no ads on the website.
iOS To change ad personalisation: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Android To reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalisation: Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Turning off personalisation does not remove ads; it makes them less relevant.
To report or block a player: on the League screen, tap the ⋮ button at the end of their row, then choose Report this player or Block this player. A blocked player is hidden from your league standings. Nobody’s rank changes — the row is only hidden from you.
To unblock a player: go to Profile → Blocked players and tap Unblock next to their name.
To report an inappropriate advertisement: go to Profile → Report a problem, add a short description if you like, and tap Report an inappropriate ad. You can also email [email protected] with the subject line "Report an Ad". A screenshot helps a great deal, since ads differ from device to device.
To report anything else: Profile → Report a problem → Report something else.
Android Until the next Android update, the Android app uses the older method: press and hold a player’s name on the League screen for about a second to report them. Blocking and in-app ad reports arrive with that update; until then, please report ads by email.
We review every report and act on the ones that break our rules.
Before emailing, these fix most problems:
If it persists, email us with your platform, your device model, your display name, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot or screen recording is the single most useful thing you can send.
Our Privacy Policy covers the website and both apps in one document, including what we collect, who we share it with, and how to delete your account.
